This is a beautiful Pounamu Hei Matau made from Kawakawa pounamu. This piece is very unique, a one off and solid piece. The Hei matau represent strength, prosperity, abundance, and a great respect for the sea. It also is said to provide good luck and safety when traveling over water so is often worn by travelers.
