Returns & Shipping
Returns will not be accepted unless item is faulty. If you do receive a item that is faulty, you must contact us at email@example.com within two days of receiving your package with a photo showing the fault. We will exchange it for another piece or refund you for this.
We use Go Sweet Spot alongside Post Haste Couriers with track and trace within New Zealand, and NZ post for international orders.
We do not send to PO boxes.
Orders sent to residential properties within NZ, please allow 1-3 working days for delivery, however shipping rural or to the South Island can take between 2 - 4 days. The rest of the world can take between 3 - 10 days. Please note: These are only guidelines, due to the COVID-19 lock down there maybe further delays that are out of our control.
We carefully wrap all orders to ensure they arrive safely. We offer complimentary notes, just put this in the comments section on checkout if you would like a special note added to your order.
